If you haven't listened to BTS's "Dynamite," you might want to take a few minutes, experience the record's sheer optimism for a bit, then come back to hear the men themselves talk all about it.

In the newest episode of "Explain This," on the occasion of BTS fronting Esquire's Winter cover, we asked the megastars RM, V, Jin, Jung Kook, j-hope, SUGA, and Jimin to break down their career highlights. In the video, the musicians run through their American late-night show appearances (Fallon and Colbert among them), the time Jung Kook dressed up as a carrot, and, yes, the behind-the-scenes story of their most recent hit.

"Well first, it was something that happened unplanned," Jung Kook says. "In this current pandemic situation, we wanted to release these kinds of songs. So we did. We didn't know it'd receive so much love. We're so grateful to our fans. We wish that they'll gain strength and feel support through this song."

In the rest of the video, the group is shown a video of actor-wrestler John Cena talking about how much he loves them on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. Which definitely hyped the guys up a little bit. Well, first, they broke into a scattered, group impression of Cena and a rendition of his theme song, "The Time is Now," before talking about how much he means to them.

"He was our idol, truly, when we were young," RM says. "Now he became our fan. So it's really great and we love you as much as you support us, we support you as well."
